How will I know how many people visit my site?

Is my website safe from Hackers?
Unfortunately, if you have not added some layer of protection your site is not protected! Some hosts offer protection and some don’t, CTM offers Sitelock Security protection, their sole focus is protecting against spam and hackers. Also WordPress is known to be more secure than most other CMS and we work almost exclusively through WordPress.
How can I have dedicated email?
When you purchase an account with a web host, one of the services you receive is a certain number of dedicated email accounts for any domain hosted on that account. CTM provides unlimited storage for emails and up to 25 email addresses at each of your domains.

How can I back up my website? Is it necessary?
You absolutely should always have a backup of your entire website and after making updates to your site, create a new one. You simply log into your hosts control panel and there should be a backup option available. If CTM hosts or provides updates and maintenance, we will do it for you.
Do you offer Internet access?
CTM does not offer internet access, however you will need local internet access in order to maintain your website and retrieve email addressed to your site.
Can I transfer an existing domain name to your server?
Absolutely! If CTM is developing your website as well, the transfer is completely free of charge.
